Join us for the WA-BAGEL x ITSUMO pop-up this coming long weekend of Spring!

We are excited to announce this very first food pop-up in collaboration with Vancouver's first Japanese-style bagel shop "WA-BAGEL”. Our concept space ENISHI SPACE will be turned into a pop-up bakery for 4 days!

WA-BAGEL opened in downtown Vancouver last September 2023, the head baker, Yukiko is a creative mastermind who has travelled the world, redefining the bagel scenes. With the long established experience cultivated in Tokyo, Yukiko crafts delicious bagels made with koji (Japanese malt), that boast an extraordinary chewy texture. Drawing from her Japanese heritage and a passion for her craft, Yukiko strives to innovate her recipes and inspire a new experience put into her own bagels.

Delicious and unique Japanese style bagels will be offered for eat-in and take-out. Highlights include the beautiful combination of tableware by Yumiko Iihoshi Porcelain, we will be offering a delightful cafe & shopping experience together with Japanese lifestyle products from ITSUMO.

Come say hi for the long weekend, enjoy the fresh bagels in the relaxing space of ENISHI in Mount Pleasant. Find your favourite plate or cup, make your everyday dining scene just a little extra special!
