Free Shipping
ITSUMO offers free economy shipping on orders to qualifying North American customers located in Canada. (Currently stopped for the contiguous ‘Lower 48’ United States until further updates).
Due to specific physical attributes (weight, size, unique geometry) certain ITSUMO products do not qualify for free shipping. These products will be noted as ‘Free Shipping Disqualified’ on the product’s description page and their specific shipping rates will be applied at checkout.

International Shipping
International Shipping rates are dependent on product weight, geometry, value and shipping destination. These rates fluctuate daily and will be calculated at checkout.

Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
Customers are responsible for all importing costs, including but not exclusive to import taxes, duties, brokerage, processing fees, handling fees etc.
Canadian orders are subject to full sales taxes, depending on your province. International orders cross several borders, shipments may be affected by customs and carrier delays.
Rejected or undeliverable deliveries will be shipped back to our return address in Canada. Any shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

In-Store Pickup
ITSUMO offers an in-store pickup option free of charge which can be selected at checkout.
In-store pickup orders will be made available at our ITSUMO Shop in Vancouver. After the approval confirmation of your in-store pickup order, we will notify you with the earliest available pickup time. At time of in-store pick Up, please bring proof of purchase (smartphone receipt is ideal).
Please note that the purchased item(s) will be held for up to 30 days. Failure to pick up within this timeframe may result in unclaimed orders being cancelled, returned to inventory and refunded based on the original form of payment.
