A big-silhouette open-collar shirt dress with a belt at the centre front that gently defines the waist, creating a graceful and relaxed shape.
Made from soft and comfortable organic cotton, the fabric has a supple feel with a naturally beautiful, washed texture.
The front belt can be wrapped around the waist from the inside and tied, subtly recalling the feeling of kimono dressing. Buttoned up, it becomes a charming oversized shirt dress. Opening the collar creates a more elegant and mature look.
The longer back hem and generous silhouette allow for relaxed, easy wear. It can also be styled open like a light coat, or worn loosely with the belt for a more effortless look.
Gathering at the back and sleeves adds gentle volume and movement, while the front and back offer slightly different impressions. This versatile piece can be styled in many ways and enjoyed throughout the seasons.
The garment is garment-dyed, as part of Cosmic Wonder's "The North Village Fair" collection. The piece-dyeing process produces subtle variations of colour, giving the impression subtle depth and a softly washed character.
