This small broom is handmade in Gunma Prefecture. It is great for cleaning small areas such as tables and shelves. Ideal for both indoors and outdoors.
Broom making has been popular in this village since before the Meiji era, but with the spread of electric vacuum cleaners, the number of craftsmen has decreased. However, elderly makers in their 80s and 90s continue to make brooms even today. These handcrafted brooms are very durable. With good care, you can use them almost indefinitely.
