Lightweight with an angled head with a short bamboo broom stick, you can easily handle it with one hand to get any small dust out of gaps and joints on the floor.
Gunma 群馬 broom is carefully handcrafted by skilled craftsmen in Gunma prefecture, using the old traditional techniques. Characterized by the checkered knitting on the body, which makes it durable yet gentle and elastic, it is commonly useful for sweeping tatami mats, as the soft and supple fibres will catch small dust and dirt stuck between the weaves without causing any damage to the mat. It is also excellent for sweeping concrete/tile/stone floors or carpets and rugs.
The simple and rustic design looks appealing hanging on the wall when not in use, adding a natural warmth to your home decor while still staying conveniently on hand.
