Deeply rooted in Japanese culture, wrapping is an expression of respect for the other person. Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be approved and issued and RMA# before shipping items back. Please contact us.
Returns must be made within 14 days in original, unused condition. Itsumo does not cover the cost of return shipping.
