Prices on ITSUMO are subject to change without notice.

Under unique circumstances, ITSUMO reserves the right to cancel any order. In the event that payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued at the time of cancellation.

Upon placing an order, an invoice/receipt will be e-mailed to the address provided with confirmation of purchase and terms of sale. This receipt does not constitute a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time for various reason including but not limited to: insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent etc. In the event that payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued at the time of cancellation.

If any item selected for purchase is not available or out of stock, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to notify them of the discrepancy. A full refund will be issued at the time of order cancellation.

All prices in Canadian Dollars. 

Customers are responsible for all importing costs including but not exclusive to import taxes, duties, brokerage fees etc.
