USD$24.04 – USD$32.06
1mm Pingragh paper, Pressed cotton fabric cover
Made in Japan
Opening completely flat for ultimate flexibility, Postalco notebooks are bound by elegant pressed cotton covers, water resistant, and designed for durability. Available in two sizes (A5 or A6), this light blue notebook uses 1mm pin-graph ecologically made, chlorine free sheet paper. The slightly textured quality of a Postalco notebook helps to guide your preferred pencil or pen, making these notebooks ideal for both writing or drawing. The colour of pressed cotton fabric bonded to the cover of these notebooks will lighten with use and the weave of the fabric will become more apparent.
Since 2004, Postalco has delivered some of the world’s finest spiral bound notebooks. Reliable tools to help cultivate our creative process, personal feelings, or simply to gather a daily diary. Taking a moment to capture an idea gives us the ability to move onto further thought, or the next stage of the original idea. It might be the note you take today that connects with another thought next week… or sometime in the unforeseeable future. Having a dedicated place to physically collect thoughts & ideas, especially the ones most personal to you, offers us a time tested creative repository. While convenient, technology often has a way of disrupting our spontaneity and natural flow of thoughts. The immediacy of pencil and paper, without outside distraction, allows the mind to remain focused and connected to a specific idea.
About Pressed Cotton Fabric
This fabric is made with the same machines that were used to make tent fabric. The base color of the white threads will become more apparent and it will soften with use.
To keep the natural feeling of the material, the surface is not waterproof coated. Instead, there is a light water resistant treatment. Cotton is a natural material so slubs and irregularity in the fibers are part of its character. It is possible for wrinkles to appear as well.
If your item gets wet, pat dry with a soft cloth to absorb any liquid. With strong rubbing the color may come off leaving light spots. Please shade dry in a well ventilated area. If placed near air conditioners or heaters the item may warp.

Born out of a passion for the beauty of everyday objects, Postalco found its start in Brooklyn, New York, making notebooks and document holders. Since moving their base of operations to Tokyo 20 years ago, the line has expanded to include wallets, pens, bags and other items. Combining utility and functionality with understated beauty, Postalco effectively improves our relationships with these objects by inviting us to see them as “collaborators” in our lives instead of as throwaway items.
With a solid dedication to finding new ways to apply Japanese craft to daily life, Postalco creates items that are meant to be used by all walks of life – young and old, male or female – a practice that results in building more meaningful interactions with others and with our surroundings.
