This enamel oil pot makes it easy to filter and save your used oil for repeat uses. With Noda Horo’s Rokapo (oil filtering pot), you can easily filter 800ml at one time. The colour and smell of oil used in cooking tempura or other deep-fried foods will be filtered through a cartridge containing activated carbon. The enamel pot with its vitreous surface is ideal for storing oil while preventing changes in oil quality and flavour. Oil stains can be easily cleaned by simply wiping with kitchen paper, making it always clean and pleasant to use in your kitchen. The sleek, minimal design will fit in with any kitchen decor, while the impressive functionality makes it a must-have for any deep-fry lovers.

The oil pot comes with a filter cartridge and strainer net to separate any lumps or grime from the used cooking oil, leaving only clean oil in the pot which can then be used again. The clean oil can also be stored directly in the pot until the next time you need it, removing all the hassle of cleanup after cooking deep-fried foods. To further avoid messy cleanups, you can set the removable filter on the flipped lid while pouring, and the wide opening and enamel material make it easy to wash and dry.

The filter cartridge is covered with a non-woven fabric and contains activated carbon inside to remove oil stains and odors. This can be used approximately 10-15 times before replacing.
